The dryer is used for force-drying either in baskets or on racks of cleaned workpieces which are wetted with water.
The air which is heated on the heating element is carefully directed via the air outlet openings (which are positioned at the top) into the drying chamber. It is then drawn out from the bottom to optimise the flow of air over the objects being dried.
The even flow of air from the top downward enables fast and thorough drying. In order to ensure that the capability of the recirculated air to absorb moisture does not deteriorate, part of the air is constantly replaced in the dryer, which is open at the top.
The required operating time and the target temperature are adjusted via the controllers on the front. The digital display unit of the temperature controller indicates the actual temperature of the dryer.
In addition, the heating elements are also equipped with a temperature limiter which switches off the heating when the preset value is exceeded.
