In contrast to conventional blasting technology, this process generates a uniform cloud of blasting agent that treats all surfaces simultaneously. The compressed air-free and automated process saves up to 90% of energy and labour resources. The integration of this technology into automated production processes enables 100% quality testing of blasted surfaces for the first time.

A method for the standardised assessment of complex surface structures has been developed in collaboration with universities and measuring system manufacturers. The result is a closed, controlled and self-optimising process that minimises or eliminates quality fluctuations.
