The conformally team is an expert in the coating of highly conformal and high quality organic thin films using initiated chemical vapor deposition (iCVD). Ultrathin layers (10nm-10µm) with a variety of properties can be produced for a wide range of applications. In particular, our coatings are used in sensor technology (insulation, gas permeability, hydrophobization), medical technology (non-stick, antiviral, biocompatibility) and microelectronics (barrier layers, ultra-precise electrets) and are replacing conventional PFAS-coatings.
