Electroplating baths are subject to process-related fluctuations that have a significant impact on the deposition behavior and the resulting coating thickness. The FISCHERSCOPE® XAN® LIQUID ANALYZER from Fischer is based on the X-ray fluorescence (XRF) method and ena-bles fully automatic, continuous analysis of the metal concentration in up to four electroplating baths in real time. It does not matter whether the solutions contain zinc, nickel, zinc/nickel, gold, chromium, palladium, rhodium, or other elements.

The measuring device impresses with its fully automatic and preventive flushing, monitoring, and calibration processes. This prevents contamination and ensures maximum operating times. At its heart is a state-of-the-art, patented flow measurement cell. Full integration into a local pro-duction control system (MES) is possible.
