New metallic material: stainless steel 1.4539
31 Mar 2026Share
In order to open up new applications, the range of materials used in heat exchangers is being expanded to include stainless steel 1.4539. This material is particularly suitable for use in solutions containing sulfuric acid
Lower maintenance requirements for heat exchangers in zinc phosphating processes
The anti-adhesive fluoropolymer coating provides excellent non-stick properties and enables homogeneous heat transfer when incrustations limit the heat transfer capacity of heat exchangers. The non-stick properties greatly simplify the cleaning of heat exchangers that heat zinc phosphates.
Heating and cooling extremely aggressive media
Our new plastic heat exchangers are made entirely of plastic and are suitable for heating and cooling extremely aggressive media in which metal plate heat exchangers cannot be used.
Heating registers for use in systems and tanks
Heating registers are characterized by high power density. This allows a high heating output to be provided in relation to the required construction volume.
