Safedry.eu develops and manufactures flexible, energy-efficient drying systems for electroplaters. The portfolio includes dryers for rack and barrel lines as well as combined rack/barrel dryers and continuous dryers.

Controlled EC fans enable precise adjustment of the drying parameters to the component, capacity utilisation and pre-process. Cycle times can be optimised, surface coatings specifically improved (e.g. in sealer applications) and pre- and post-processing reduced thanks to boost functions.

Thanks to their insulated design, waste heat utilisation of the fans and low drying temperatures, safedry dryers are particularly energy-efficient. AiD forced air dehumidification is available as an option for all systems. The patented process guarantees optimum humidity all year round in an open or closed process - efficiently and reliably.
