eltec One-Plate® is a globally patented electroless nickel plating process, successfully introduced and proven in the USA since 2017. Since 2025, it has been produced under license in Europe and is being successfully introduced to the European market.

Only one additive is required for make-up and replenishment: reduced inventory, minimal analytical effort (no hypophosphite analysis), and easy handling ensure high process efficiency.

The co-deposition of particles such as silicon carbide, boron nitride, diamond, or PTFE is controlled and reproducible. The PTFE dispersion is free of fluorinated surfactants and meets the highest technical and regulatory standards.
