The WMV PULZ® Xtend planetary-dip-spin-centrifuge is the all-rounder in zinc flake coating for nuts, washers, small screws, bent stamped parts, clips, and even construction and deck screws: Highest coating quality, maximum flexibility in terms of shape, size, material of the parts, and coating media savings of up to 30%.

The further development of the basket exchange system with robot automation for basket handling significantly improves the output per coating layer to a total of 7500 kg/hour – while maintaining a continous cycle time of only 2 minutes. The specially developed robot basket gripper does not touch the coating medium, thus avoiding any contamination.

Thanks to its compact design, the robot module can be integrated into both stand-alone systems and the WMV modular system. Customers receive a realistic 3D simulation of their system before project approval.
